Safety Center
GoodNabor starts inside trusted church communities — but keeping members safe is our responsibility, not only your church's. Here's how that works, and what we expect of everyone.
Verified churches only
Churches are reviewed and verified before they become active communities. Members request to join and church leaders approve them, so you're always among people your church recognizes.
Your private details stay private
We collect your legal name, date of birth, phone number and address to deter fake accounts and scams. Other members never see them — only your name and your verification badges.
Block and report anywhere
Every request, listing and service has Report and Block. Reports go straight to our safety team. Blocking hides you and the other member from each other.
Payments stay inside GoodNabor
Money moves through our payment provider, never cash apps or wire transfers. The GoodNabor service fee is always shown before you confirm.
Community guidelines
- Be honest about needs, items and services. No exaggerated or invented requests.
- Never ask another member to pay you outside GoodNabor.
- Never share another member's personal information, photos or address.
- No harassment, pressure, proselytizing at people, soliciting, or political campaigning.
- Meet in public where you can, and bring someone with you for pickups when possible.
- Report anything that feels off. We would much rather review it than have you at risk.
In an emergency
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first. Then report the member inside GoodNabor so we can act on the account.
